Ms Ying, our amazing tea specialist and company founder, grew up in the land of bubble tea – Taiwan! Loving tea from a young age and working in her family’s tea shop as a teenager, she grew up surrounded by tea, tapioca and fruits. She had already tried hundreds of different types of tea used with hundreds of different types of flavours before she finished high school! Moving to the UK later in life she always missed fresh Taiwanese tea and especially freshly made boba pearls so decided to make it herself……and of course make it for other people too!
